Can these be recycled?

"If the pack is clean after use (ie: it is not contaminated in any way) it may be recycled. Note:- Where there is risk of contamination of the pack with blood, body fluids  and tissue products, the pack should be disposed of as contaminated waste." NB: for recycling, paper and laminate should be separated from each other.
